sir mera DSA h uttam nagar me mere yaha par kuch workr job krte the target base par agar target pura hoga to he salary milegi lekin kisika target pura nahi hua ab mujhe sabhi full salary ke liye bol rahe h or dhamki de rahe h lekin maine joining lettr me bhi clear mention kiya hua h ki target base h to sir m ab kya kru .
truth is u cannot get any signed document which is against the principales of natural justice, and arbitrary in the eye of law. U have to give them salary as per they finished their work on proportionate basis. Schedule a meeting with me alo baith documents so that I advise u best available remedy in law
