Sir, i work in a private bank as a role of assistant manager, but i want to start a business in service sector, and open a propritorship firm, it will be possible as per law Or not.

Surely there must be a prohibition clause in you service agreement that you can not indulge in any other employment or business until you are in the service of the bank. So I think you can't do both the works simultaneously.
