Reinstatement in service after notice period of VRS

31-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was a Central Govt. employee. After serving about 29 years I have submitted VRS on 22.07.2013 w.e.f 06.11.2013.My date of birth is 01.06.1964 and my superannuation date is 31.05.2024.However My vrs application was accepted by the authority and I was relieved from my post on 06.11.2013 (F/N ) accordingly. On 01.07.2013 my Basic Pay was fixed at Rs.24010/- and the same pay was disbursed to me till 06.11.2013 (F/N ). After about 4 months later my PPO was issued from my Department in which it is shown that my last pay drawn is Rs.23980/-. On a reliable source I came to know that my Department reduce my pay after effecting my vrs as well as after my notice period, at the time of calculating my pension, on a genuine ground .Now my question is whether I may be allowed to withdraw my vrs as the Department changes my service condition after effecting my VRS.

There are scope in general to withdraw the VCR. Though, to answer your query effectively I need to see the actual papers including the orders of the department. Please feel free to contact me with all necessary papers.

Once your VRS has been accepted by the Dept and you have received your dues, there is no scope for you to get back the job. You can contact me for further clarifications if required. Regards, Gita Mukherjee
