Regularisation of temp staff in LIC as per SC recent order?

I have worked with Lic, rajahmundry br. for 85days in the year 1990 as temporery assistant under category 3. As per recent supreme court order am I eligible to get permanent service in Lic.
We will have to examine the supreme court order which you are referring.
