Regularisation of leave vacancy

I have worked in a semo govt college for 3 years on contract and then 2.5 years against leave vacancy that ended on 31march this year. Now the college has advertised the same post -permanent faculty. Can I claim any right on this post. I am eligible for the post and was selected on leave vacancu through proper panel interview. Now if college selects anybody else, can I claim my right?? Can I take any legal actio? If yes under which section?
yes you can take the benefit since you have served more than 2.5 years in service to a ad-hoc post which is being made permanent now. so rightfully you can file as a matter if right and your application needs to be placed above all the candidate. better you rush now or else it will late and become infructous.
