Regarding resignation from job

Company had hired me as a software trainee. My training period was of 3 months but Ieft the company within 2 months as company was not providing any training and my time was being wasted. Now they are not returning my original documents of 10th and 12th. What can I do please help

You will have to send a legal notice and call upon them to release your original documents. We can also claim your salary for two months if any and if not paid by them. We can advise you further after having a look at your employment agreement.

Hello I have perused your query . It is not legal for the employer to keep / hold the originals of the employee’s documents without his or her consent.
In case you have signed any sort of agreement or contract with them, kindly go through the same and make the demand or return of the documents accordingly. Such a demand must be fulfilled within time or without any delay. Thus documents can be demanded back by way of sending the employer a legal notice .

You can also sue the employer for wrongful restraint under the Indian Penal Code in this situation as it does amount to bonded labour.

no company hold your documents you must file suit for specific for performance must approach to the Civil Court making and prayer for returning the original document
you must consult a lawyer of your area and with visit Court fee the case the case
