Later on i mailed him again for asking my full n final payment then he says he will go to the court and take some actions against me about statuses put by me. Based on the information provided, your employer cannot legally withhold your salary without proper justification, even if they claim issues with your behavior. The Indian labor laws mandate timely payment of wages and any deviation can be challenged legally. Regarding the WhatsApp status, as long as it does not defame or breach confidentiality agreements, your employer's threat to take legal action lacks substantial grounds. The false allegation of document misuse needs to be proven with evidence. You should send a formal legal notice demanding your unpaid salary and full and final settlement, and clearly deny any false allegations made against you. If the employer fails to comply or continues to make baseless accusations, you have the right to approach the labor court or file a complaint with the labor commissioner for redressal.
