Regarding re-instate in Delhi Police.

I was recruited in Delhi Police on 5/10/2009 but after six months of my basic training I was Terminated from Delhi Police due to concealment of facts Arbitrarily.I was re-instated in service after 14 months by the order of Tribunal on 3/8/2011. Again i joined the Delhi police training from alfa to omega on30/8/2011 but after 4 months one day ACP Banwari Lal asked me at his office and said you have got seniority and 3.5 Lakh financial benefit from Tribunal hence you have to pay me one Lakh rupees and party,if you failled to pay aforesaid money again ready to Terminate from service.I was agreed for party but denied to pay one Lakh rupees. ACP Banwari Lal declared the final result of my batch on 29/8/2012 I was single declared failed in my batch only after done well than some others. I appealled before Commissioner of Police,Joint CP but all in vain. I was targeted on the basis of Casteism and bribe only. I went to law i.e.Tribunal and High court but Department didn't obey order.
