Regarding promotion /macp

Some one made 138 ni act which is pending before court. Meanwhile he intimated to my office. Now my office stopped my macp. Question is can office refuce to give my macp on that ground. I m a central government employee. Kindly help me.
MY OPINION THAT i have follow your case, i think that you have scope in different ways to can challenge this wrong doings according to your position, office can not definitely reduce your macp,if not any order /orders are directed to your office to do all things, you should get further legal steps.

If you are a central government employee, you can file an application to CAT for adjudicating upon the issue.
