regarding my probation closure

I was appointed as trainee officer in PSU in 2018. I am facing pendency of my probation closure as I am facing pendency of dowry case filed by my wife since 2016.
I want to know weather my probation closure can be withheld on ground of pendency of criminal Case from the time prior to my appointment.
these details were fairly disclosed by myself while applying for the job.
