Regarding leaving job without serving notice period

14-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I left a private job without notice period. Although I informed the company via mail to consider my resignation on medical grounds. They have been persistently sending me notices to pay 3 months salary. In the notice they have lied about me not informing them.

You can send the counter notice as well as defamation notice against the company about the lie they have made. Medical ground is always been an exception. They cannot extort money from you.

Please feel free for any further assistance

Firstly there is no need to worry at all about this. No one can extort money like this from you.
If the period is properly being served then you need not worry at all.
You can share the documents with me for legal reply and assistance
