Regarding employee Provident fund

Sir I have 8 years of teaching experience during my appointment I claimed about PF but they told we will provide PF and they have dragged this matter by telling some financial problems of the Institute but they have terminated without any reason how can I take PF from college
You can file a case against the institution for not payment of provident fund dues. You need to produce all documents and ask the court to issue notice to the Institution to show cause. You can also approach the Employees Provident Fund Organization and directly file a complaint.
