Regarding dismissal from service.
21-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I worked in CRPF and posted in Sambalpur, Odisha. On 31-01-2018, I was dismissed from service on the basis of fake departmental enquiry. Then I approached to Orissa high court and the Court directed CRPF to re-conduct departmental enquiry. On 11-jul-2020, they reinstated me into service and conducted departmental enquiry against me and again dismissed me from service on 17-12-2020. I want to ask that does my case comes under Jurisdiction of Allahabad High court and can I file my case in Allahabad High Court.
