Regarding compassionate recruitment in SBI after father's death

Sir, My father was an employee of SBI who died on 18/12 /2016. I have already applied for a job on compassionate level to the branch manager on 9/1/2017. But I did give any reply of my application. Please sir clarify that whether I will get compassionate level appointment in SBI or not? I am 31 years old graduate (B.A).
MY OPINION THAT you have absolute right on the compassionate ground for getting suitable job according to the efficiency & educational level ,you have follow proper legal steps & move at the competent forum for establish your legitimate demand.
