Refusing to pay my salary bco i left the job without any written notic

Priyanka gupta here , 1st ) reason to leave the job is the misbehaviour and humiliation in front of other staff on constant basis 2) refusing to pay the salary till the date i have worked with them 3)have intimated about exit 1 week earlier to the head of department 4) due to ths beviour got worsen now they dont want to pay me for my hardwork 5) help me out please
This is my response to you:
1. You can send them a legal notice;
2. You can try to resolve the matter with HR;
3. If the problems persist then you will have to approach labourt court and seek for damages;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
