Recruited by govt department no salary paid till now

Dear Sir/Maam, I have been recruited by Department of Industry, Mines and Geology, Govt. Of Jharkhand on Contractual job in sept, 2017 at a salry of 47000 approx. Till now I have not received a penny from department. Now they want to give a salary 32000 approx by saying that they were not having the approval of finance department. Kindly advice what to be done. I am suffering from extreme financial crisis.

Have gone through your query in this case first of all you should write a representation stating your date of appointment your details etc and send it by post to the department and see what reply they fetch you with if no reply in a written form comes even after second representation then you can move staright to the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand in Writ u/s 226 and claim your salary from the department this will be the most suitable way to get your matter solved when the department is keeping a grey approach in paying you in such a way.
