Recovery of salary from employer

Dear Sir, My wife was working in Cognizant as an contractual employee of Alchemy. When she was pregnant she was asked to leave job and even they have not paid her salary of last month. Its been 2 yrs she is taking followup but they are not even replying. Can you please help me with this issue?
