Recovery of incentive money from the employer

Hello mam, i am working in one of IT company in sales department. They run 3 month contest for all india level and i won these contest but they not released my contest money and incentive it's near about 1lack rs. Now i am asking for money so they terminate me. So what can i do to get my winning prize and my incentive. Please guide me
In this case you can send them the legal notice stating your demands and concerns. If they do not comply with your terms, then you can file a suit for recovery in the court of civil jurisdiction. You can also register a FIR in the nearest police station.

YOU SHOULD MADE A COMPLAINT IN THE POLICE STATION ABOUT THE SAME . YOU ALSO LEGAL REMADY TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN THE OFFICE OF LABOUR COMISSIONOR ALSO UNDER SECTIONM 33 OF THE INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE ACT 1947.
