Recovery of Fill and final settlement amount from the Employee

Hi, I am a HR professional, my quary pertains that some of our employees resigned from the job through email and not giving proper Notice and without handing over charge stops coming.we have given many reminders for the recovery of Notice pay.but no response from Employees.can we file a recovery suit against them after a legal notice through Advocate.

hello employee shall be bound by terms and conditions of the appointment letter and company policies. If you have sent reminders for handing over and also sent a legal notice to the employee you can file a suit for recovery in the civil court.

Yes you can go ahead first serve the employee legal notice and give him time period to return money and if legal notice will not work than move forward with the case and court will help you out here to get your money back
