Recovery of dues/transfer of shares

i invested in a startup for 50% equity. all funds transferred but now company is refusing to transfer shares. i dont have anything in writing however transfers were made to company account. can i recover the money?

Yes, you can recover money since it was paid online and i assume that you must be having proofs of online transfers through neft or rtgs. I advise you to seek a detailed consultation from a lawyer and formulate a strategy asap. You have certain legal remedies for seeking recovery of your money.

Yes you can prove the transaction from you account bank statement and claim it from the company. We can send a legal notice for the recovery of the amount and if the party does not come pay then we can move to the court. Please feel free to contact Thanks

Yes you can surely do so. You just need to show the transaction proof that you have transferred an amount to the company from your bank account and for the recovery of this sum of money you can send a legal notice to the company for the same. In case the company doesn’t revert back to the legal notice then we can move to the court of law. In case of any further legal assistance please feel free to contact.
