Recovery of Dues from Indian Buyer imported the goods from Chinese Co
17-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am a representative of a Chinese Medical Device firm. We have Sold some Equipments from China to our Indian distributor. The Payble amount is delayed for long by the Indian Distributor. There is an agreement between him and my China based Co. Please suggest.
If after the supply of goods the other party denied to clear the payment then you can sue them in the court of law. However the procedure can be decided after the perusal of the Agreement. However at the outset you would require to send a legal notice for recovery of dues to the other side. Please feel free to contact
Thanks
