Recovery of due salary after 2 months of my resignation.

05-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I resigned from the company I was working for on 22nd May, 2020. After which I was in contact with the senior HR of the company via email and phone calls during which she assured me that my due salary will be credited to me in the next 45-60 days as per the contract. During these 2 months, my company email ID was deleted. Her emails in our conversation thread expired. After 60 days, I contacted her on her email ID and over the phone on various occasions but she is not replying to my emails and not answering my calls. Now, what can I do legally to recover my due salary?

You would be required to send them a legal notice after which the entire legal remedy would be initiated through a process of legal filing of cases. Threads would not be so much important for now as the company is legally bound to perform their part of FNF settlement.
