Recover of pending salary from private firm

I had work in Private Firm. last 2 Month Firm is not paid my pending salary. please advise me. Thanks
To get the full and final settlement from the Company you can send the company a legal Notice asking for the Settlement of the account. If they fail to reply to the legal notice or pay the final settlement account you can file a case against them for recovery of money from the company. Also we need to go through the agreement to advice you for precise action.
