recent supreme court judgement on LIC temporary employees


19-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
worked with LIC as temporary typist from oct 1992 upto 29 dats & one day break, upto feb 1992 39 days. Request to give me information : 1) Scheme applies for employees worked from which period. 2) is there any number of days compulsory service ?.3) as per information provided am I eligible for regularization.

If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
