Received termination letter from company without any show cause notice

13-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I've received termination letter against show cause notice for a false allegation. Working for 12 years with this company. Have to collect full and final. No notice period given. Can I file a legal case.

yes you can file an applicatio under the industrial disputes act, 1947 against illegal termination, however, depending upon the particular facts of your case you matter may or may not fall under the provisions of this act. Alternatively you can pursue other civil remedies to seek reinstatement or compensation as per facts of your case.

Its not clear whether you were a permanent or temporary employee. What were the allegations against which you were terminated? What the rules and regulations say about such termination? For filing case, you must provide these inputs first.

Please send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization prior to going for the legal case.
I am hopeful that your subject will be resolved based on the legal notice itself and you may not have to drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction.
