Received notification from office for leave taken due to health issues

sir i work in govt department i was on medical for a week. i joined the duty on monday and my condition deteriorated and i had written an application for two days c/l for my medical checkup along with station leave permission.after one day i have send medical form for one month and doctor has prescribed me rest for one month due to severe chest infection.now i have received a letter that i have left office without station leave permission.so what should i reply now?

You may reply to the same stating the reasons for the said period of leave and if the employer deducts your salary or fires you then, you can initiate civil proceedings against the said employer.
