Query regarding police verification for government job joining

07-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
hi, 8 months back when I was taking a drop from my boyfriend on the bike, on the way police patrolling car stopped us and asked our details. We said truth inform to them like we are committed and he is dropping me to hometown. Later police asked both of our home address and parents phone number we gave him and he noted in some paper. Later he threatened me like whether your parents know that he is dropping you home? I said No. and he told shall I call and inform? I said No and how can u do that. Later after asking many questions, he asked us to give 100RS. fine and leave. We did the same and we left the place. Now my worry is I got a govt job I will get police verification form in a month. does this above-mentioned situation affect my joining because he noted down my house address, name? Will it be registered in the police register? and there is a column in form asking have ever been persecuted, fined by a court of law, etc: I mentioned NO.does this 100 RS fine which we paid, is it a fine for court?

Dear client
I gone through your issue it's very clear that you both clean hand, but some times police missusing his power by threatening the public your name has not entered in FIR so you Don't worry about that.in police IT check will pass they have to give you NOC letter.

Hi, do not worry as the police who stopped you wanted to grab some money and due to which he used his enquiry skills to grab money from you which he demanded and which you paid him. Though he would have noted your details it will not come in your way in any means to get a negative report from the police authorities. Do not worry and approach the jurisdictional police station to get the report which you require. The will only check their criminal records for any of your details as registered and prosecuted by them pertaining to any criminal offence. If there is no such antecedents of your past then do not worry just for an enquiry on the road. It shall not have any sort of implications.
