Query in regards to a Service matter

I have been issued a charge sheet by management in my company. The chargesheet issued is malafide and issued without any basis. How can I get legal help to save my job as there is no substance in the matter but management is bent upon to punish me. I am innocent and want to safeguard my interest.
You can file a complaint regarding the same to your HR department or you can also approach the jurisdictional labour tribunal or industrial tribunal.

your company, is it a private company ? you should give the replay to management . even though they failed to accept your justification to chargsheet then you may approach to concern industrial tribunal to restrain unfair labour practices .
