Promotion denied due to personal grudge

Due to personal grudge, Boss awarded less marks in Appraisal,despite best performance.I missed the Promotion.If Management do not respond. to my representation Where to complain?Which papers are required to keep ready if we would require to approach the court.
Are you working in a public sector or a private sector. In case you work in a public sector you may file a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court regarding your promotion. In case you work in a private sector you may approach the labour court and file a case there. The documents which you would require is all the documents which show that you are aggrieved and promotion is denied to you and given to your subordinate
