procedure to sue the other party in fraud?

11-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I work in a public school. My employer credits my account with Rs15000 every month and wants me to return 10,000 back in cash after I withdraw it from my account. I feel there is something fishy going on. What is it and what can I do to sue them? I feel they are saving tax or something. Moreover, I need to know what types of proofs i need to keep with me in order to make my case strong.

in this case you can file an FIR in the nearest police station. you can also give your complaint to the senior police officer if the police is not writing the FIR. you can also file a complaint under section 200 of CrPC. you have ample of punishment under section 420 of IPC
