Procedure to challenge the recruitment process of an organization

As per the guidelines for the participants in the selection process, the organization given three tier evaluation process as preliminary qualifying written test, final written examination and personal discussion/Interview. They have also given that the top scoring candidates – ten times the number of vacancies in each category may be declared to have qualified the examination. Organization declared the prelims test result with these criteria, but later on withdrawn the result after few hours. Result was published again, this time they increased the qualified candidates putting the criteria of 15 times the number of vacancies. Then I appeared for final written examination. Now the final written examination result is declared and my name is not there in the qualified candidate list whereas one candidate selected in the final written examination was from the extended list of prelims. In this regard I want to ask can I challenge the selection process and any how my candidature be consider

As per your quoted queer Now selection process can be challenged only on the basis of if any candidate of your category securing less marks than you and is placed on selected list. Further discussion may be desired with documentary support.
Please specify the department for which you applied. Advertisement and recruitment rules are also to be perused for giving a correct reply. It can be challenged but after perusing the related rules of a particular department
in a selection/recruitment process,authorities are bound to follow the recruitment rules n procedures. if the rules provide that only ten times candidates have to be qualified then it has to be so. no changes can be brought in once the selection process has been initiated.u can challenge before the allahabad high court.
