Procedure in case company cut the salary saying it as variable part

I i am working in patanjali ayurved limited. My current salary is 28000. My company cut my salary of 8000 as a variable part. Is there any rule to cut it?

No the Emploee can not deduct the salary on the pretext of variable part of salary.
You have a right to claim your deducted salary and also compensation
I would suggest to write a letter to your employer before filing any claim

This query can be answered only after looking at your employment contract entered between you and Patanjali Ayurveda Limited. The deduction of amount totally depends on the terms of the agreement entered between the parties and also, the structuring of salary. A company is given liberty in the structuring of the salary and an employee for that purpose is government by the terms of the agreement and employee service rules, which must have been provided to you at the time of joining on the organisation.
