procedure if Not received full and final amount from previous company

Hello, I resigned on 24th of august,2017 from my previous company. I did all possible clearance processes as per their policies. I went to abroad from that company and travel cost i need to pay as per policies. I asked them for the amount when i was in notice period (3 months) and they communicated me thru written the amount value and i paid it. after paying also 20 days was remaining for my relieving. I got clearance and relieved, also got relieving letter from company. but after 50 days when i need to get FNF they are asking more money from me as they are saying they did miscalculation for my travel cost. now they will not give me full and final, but i need to pay some amount to them. how can i get my FNF money back ?
There would two things in this situation you would be looking at. First is the recovery of money and second action against the employer for harassment. Depending on the post you are at, if you are covered under the definition of labour you could approach the Labour Court for recovery of your unpaid salary. Else you will have to file a suit for recovery in a Civil Court. Where harassment is concerned you could file a suit for claiming damages on account of the harassment faced. Also if the situation demands filing of a criminal complaint could be explored.
