Procedure for claiming of share in the pension of husband by wife

My husband is a retired bank employee and getting pension every month. But he is not looking any family needs, even not giving single rupee to me. But am not interested to give divorce. He not even done my daughter marriage. Everything i done. Now am asking some money from his pension. Even the bank manager of the perticular branch also neglecting everything
A wife is entitled to claim decent living standards & basic comforts of life by her husband as per his living standards. File a case for maintainance against him under section 125 of the criminal procedure code. the court shall decide the amount of maintenance
