Principal and VC terminated my services illegally, what can be done ?

24-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am a physically handicapped person. I am a Science teacher. I was working with a University college in Haryana. The Acting Principal harassed me a lot; I brought the matter to the University VC. I told that the acting principal had threatened me to get my services terminated. He didn’t respond to me. After four and a half months of my services, the Acting Principal sent a letter to the VC, recommending the termination of my services during probation. The VC terminated my services by writing a footnote on that letter. But according to the University rules, the VC couldn't terminate my services in his individual capacity. Only my appointing authority, i.e. the Syndicate could terminate my services. However, the VC got the illegal order of my termination approved by the Syndicate after the five days of my termination. Can you please tell me about some related wherein the services of a probationer are reinstated?

Your devices can not be terminated without prior approval of syndicate and even without show cause notice to you also. You can file civil writ petition in the Punjab and Haryana high court at Chandigarh to set aside the termination order without any enquiry, certainly, it will be set aside. Dear friend
The action taken by the VC and his supporting staff against is illegal, arbitrary and against the law. Before this so many steps has to be takenbefore terminating the service. You can approach the court against the impunge order.
Thanking you
