Previous company not releasing my bonus and settlements

There is a disparity by my previous company on my salary structure in my appointment order and not salary slip is issued me for one year. also they are not providing my bonus and settlements
As per your query, you can talk to the management about the same and if still the company is not willing to listen to your issue then you can send them a legal notice for the same.
