Previous company not releasing bonus after repeated efforts.What to do

It's 1 yr over but my previous company not releasing my bonus even i mailed to HR many times, they are just passing time and now as per last mail of HR to me he is saying that I have to talk to DGM regarding bonus release, and DGM not replying to my mail. What should I do?
You can send the employer a legal notice demanding the bonus of he still denies to pay the same then you can file a recovery suit and claim compensation along with the litigation expenses.
