Previous company accusing me of disclosing information to competitors

I have received Legal notice from company regarding that i have disclosed information and working for competitors. I did not disclosed any information to any competitors. In the notice not mentioned that to whom i have shared information or not attached any evidence. I joined company on 1st Aug.2016 and have left the company on 3rd Nov 2016. Also i did not try to call or meet any employee or auditor or partner's company employee. Currently i am working with non competing company . Please advise me what to do. I am not able to hire any advocate because financial not capable.

as your previous company has already served you with a legal notice you are supposed to reply it back through a lawyer as early as possible. there is nothing to fear about and if you have not committed any wrong they cannot accuse you of anything till they prove it in the court of law.
