Police recruitment for the of sub inspector but a case pending on me

false case against me u/s 354A 506 my friend father obtained her sign on white papers due disputes b/w my family no her family ,later she tells fact then it was closed as contested- acquittal and after again after 2years he complaint u/s 354D 323 on my hole family like on my father nd mother . in this her father was main complaint she wl be witness nd it was also closed as a contested acquital .now question is "am eligible for uniform services like police constable, sub inspector or not "after giving details about the cases in application and attestation form,plz give me suggestions with brief explanation
