Hi Sir, i have paid credit card bill of Rs 20000/-through phone pay app on 8th January 2020 at 3:34 pm 9395722088,transaction got successful(paid) and amount deducted from phone pay account,but receiver didn't received money till now, the transaction ID: N::76320 47467 . I want my money back ,please look into this and try to resolve soon939572208

Hello, In this situation, you mentioned that you have already made the payment, but the receiver has not received it. You will need to share the transaction details with the receiver so they can verify the payment on their end. Since this was a credit card bill, the non-payment may also be reflected on your CIBIL report. Therefore, you should contact the CIBIL team as well to get the issue corrected once the payment confirmation is resolved.

Yes there are multiple option that you can do about it. You can file a consumer complaint about it. Before the district consumer redressal commission. That way you can get your money refunded. Compensation for your harassment and even you litigation fees
