Hello there, We have a construction company with only 6 employees , the daily casual labourers are paid daily in cash as we can't give them any cheques or bank transfer, Its very rare the same labourer turns up after 3 or 4 weeks as we only do small projects, So for these labourers ,Is PF & ESI , Are we under the definition of PF & ESI since they are not working in our premises and each day someone will change.
