Personal emails on company email box. Company opening

Hello, I have forced resignation labour case going on . During the case company said they opened my email box and shared the data with their lawyers and other company officials. Company says there is breach of trust since I have misused company email address for personal things (sending CV to other companies for job using company email address, sending personal data between personal email address and company address etc...). Company has openly exhibited in court my personal professional CV without my permission. BUT, My lawyer says this is also breach of Employee data record as the email box was password protected. Resignation was not voluntary and company did not carried Post resignation procedure related to I.T. NO court permission prior to opening email as it was a part of evidence for both parties. email box contains Form 16, Bank details, password, health record, PAN and Aadhar No. etc... hence this is clear violation personal privacy and data by company by sharing email box.
