pending trial in section 354,354 d will be hurdle in govt job?

my ex gf lodge a false FIR of 354 and 354 D against me, charges framed after 2 years, i got selected for govt job . it will take time but either i will win the case or compromise will happen. can anyone help me and inform me about legal hurdle i can face in joining. P.S. address in FIR and my address are in different states and a spell error is there in police records in spelling of my Name. Thank you

If your employment joining formalities require you to submit a declaration pertaining to criminal record history, I'm afraid you shouldn't lie about the same. However, if effectively tackled, the proceedings in your case can be done away with expeditiously, hence before you submit your declaration, you will be absolved of all charges.
