Pending settlement salary from Ex Comany

HI Sir/Madam, Myself, Sangeetha & query is regarding abt Pending salary from X Company. experience of around 5 yrs in sales & marketing. One worst day i received a phone call at 5:30 PM ( Saturday ) asked me to resign immediately due to company crisis. I requested them to give time till Monday to send confirmation mail. but they didn't agree & needed the resignation letter before 6:30 P.M ( Saturday ) itself. we sent the same as they threaten that if we didn send resignation letter before the said time, they will not give proper experience letter & block the salary. Later we have followed Many times for final settlement amount, they will give only half. we have done multiple follow ups & calls to them, they didn't tell the timeline for balance amt. Am belong to very poor family & i need someone advise me to overcome & how to get the money back. The way they tortured on that time was really worst & couldnt torrlerte too. I personally hurted a lot due to this. Please help me..
