Pending salary of almost an year

I have been working in an organization since 3 years and my employer has not paid me the salary of around an year I'm between.
Like sometimes I get salary consecutively 3 months and then 2 months there is no salary.
Like this the total chunk has come around for 1 year and the amount is also like 5 lacs plus.
What can I do as an employee to get my money.

Dear Sir.. You have to send a legal notice to your employer, wherein you have to demand your legitimate money. If the employer dies not pay money in given time, then you can take appropriate legal action against him. Please contact for further discussions.
