Payment Reminders to Employee who has resigned but not served Notice

What should be the action against the employee who has resigned but not served Notice Period of 2 months? He has been sent several reminders regarding the recovery of notice period but there is no response.

hello employer and employee are bound by the terms and conditions of the appointment letter which is a employment contract. If employee has breached the contract and not served notice period of 2 months and even after reminder letters employee has not respondes you can serve a legal notice though your legal counsel and initiate the recovery proceedings legally.
