30-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am lecturer of computer application(CA) in polytechnic college selected by PSC under 2004 recruitment rules appointed in 2008. In sixth pay fixation my salary is fixed as 15600 -39100 + AGP 6000 by fixation commitee and approved by treasury of mp govt. Recently my principal issued me an order for changing AGP to 5400 and quoted this decision is due to point 23 of aicte jan 2016 gazette(which is clarification of AICTE 2010) This gazette state this AGP change for science and humanities , and my branch CA which is technical degree. There does not exist any other post graduate degree in CA

any revision which affects an employee adversely shall not be effective being it against the principles of natural justice. as I could understand you were not given any opportunity to place your exp[lanation or to show cause. first you will have to make an appeal to state govt, if no result you may approach to High Court having territorial jurisdiction.
