Organization rejecting Resignation after i served notice period

My current organization has portal system to submitted resignation, in which i submitted my resignation and informed my manager, post that i have been serving my resignation as per policy. however, now that i have completed my notice period have been completed my manager rejected my resignation and has asked me to serve for another one month.
What are my options in this case?

send legal notice to the company and state that the notice period has already been complied and for same you cannot be forced yo undergo the same period as it will hamper your growth so for same they need to provide tge resignation letter.
