Organisation is withholding results due to the writ filed

26-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Writ petition has been filled in high court by disqualified candidates in language test. the court in its judgement has given interim relief to 95 petitioners and said the organisation may continue with other vacancies I.e.625-95 in April But the said organisation has not declared result but it has declared notification and result for other department recruitment which followed same pattern as this recruitment i.e pre mains and language test. it's unfair to us that their result is declared only because there was no case filed.also case is only for a particular region but they have held result of all regions over India. what options we have so that the organisation would declare the result of undisputed seats.

This is my response to you:
1. You can plead before the High court and become a party to the proceeding;
2. You must tell the HC to release the results of the exam and this writ should not cause prejudice to you;
3. Ask the HC to expedite the process because time and money is getting wasted and opportunities are being lost;
4. You will need to supply more information your case facts, case number etc. for better legal opinion.
