One year bond on 2.4 lac for internship and bond amount is 3 lac

I have joined a company for one year internship and stipend is 20000 and we were told at the time of joining that we have to sign a bond of one but bond amount was not decided. But now we have to sign 3 lac rupees bond for one year. Please tell me, is it a valid bond agreement where bond amount is higher than annual package? What should I do?
